     LIVINGSTON, Mont. ---- Ten Sleep native Jacob H. "Hal" Goodrich, 60, died on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, Mont.
     He was born in Ten Sleep on July 31, 1936, a son of Jacob H. and Blanche E. Goodrich.  He lived in various locations in Wyoming and attended schools in Dubois and Buffalo.
     He married Lillian M. Monette in Coeurd'Alene, Idaho on April 30, 1957.  They were later divorced.
     Mr. Goodrich worked at sawmills and ranched throughout Idaho and Wyoming for many years, including at the Rocking Chair Ranch near Dubois.
     He moved to Livingston, Mont., in January 1977, where he worked for Willow Creek Lumber Co.  He had also owned and operated sawmills in White Sulphur Springs, Mont., and at Gallatin Gateway.  He retired in 1990 due to ill health.
     He greatly enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially in the mountains, and spent much time camping and fishing.  He loved spending time with his family and visiting friends.
     Survivors include two sons, Farron of Cody, and Myron of Livingston; five daughters, Debra Williams of Lewiston, Mont., and Teresa Livermore, Lorrie Adams, Evie Senter and Karen Duncan, all of Livingston; two sisters, Wanda Firnekas of Saratoga, and Carol Legocki of Sheridan; 27 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and his close friend and companion Angelina Staley of Livingston.
     He was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters and a brother.
     The service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at the Church of God, 101 S. O St. in Livingston, with Pastor John W. Marks officiating. 
     Burial is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in Ten Sleep.
