He was born Sept. 22, 1925 in
From 1943 to 1946, he served in the U.S. Navy.
He later ranched on the family ranch for a time.
On Sept. 29, 1946, he married Betty Jane Drake in
He ranched out of Lovell for the C. A. Lewis estate
near Cowley. The family later made its home in
Mr. Breeden was a member of American Legion Post No.
17 in
Survivors include his wife of Fort Laramie; two sons,
David E. of Fort Laramie and Raymond D. of Rapid City, S. D.; one daughter,
Charlotte Sue Jacobs of Norfolk, Va.; one brother, Byron E. of Ten Sleep, two
sisters, Elizabeth Bader and Mayme Bader, both of Ten
Sleep; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents
and his twin brother, Ralph.
Memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday in
the Fort Laramie Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Thomas Lineweaver
officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Ten Sleep.
