Aryanna Jacobson-Holmes infant daughter of Lynda Jacobson and Jeremaya Holmes passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado due to premature birth.

Aryanna Jacobson-Holmes was born on May 3, 2011 in Billings, Montana the daughter of Jeremaya Holmes and Lynda Jacobson. She fought a tough battle for someone that weighed only one pound eight ounces. Even though Aryanna's short journey was tough, her parents and grandparents cherished the time they had with her. We hope you have fun in your sandbox in heaven baby girl. Aryanna you will always be in our hearts and you will always be loved by your family forever.

Aryanna is survived by her parents of Gillette, Wyoming; grandfather, John Jacobson of Rozet, Wyoming; grandmother, Wanda Holmes of Chicago, Illinois; uncle, Monte Jacobson of Lander, Wyoming; great grandparents: Linda and James Jacobson of Lander, Wyoming and numerous aunts and uncles.

Aryanna Reachel Jacobson-Holmes born May 3, 2011 at 11:21 a.m., to her mother, Lynda Jacobson and father, Jeremaya Holmes; very proud grandpa, John Jacobson; very proud grandma, Wanda Holmes; uncle, Monte Jacobson; and great grandparents, Linda and James Jacobson. At birth she was one pound eight ounces and eight inches long. Aryanna fought so hard and we are so proud of her. She stayed strong for us just as we stayed strong for her. Her journey wasn't the easiest nor the longest, but it meant more than any other. Have fun in your sandbox in heaven our baby girl. We will always miss, love and cherish you. We will meet again Aryanna. Aryanna passed away on May 11, 2011, due to illnesses that are expected with premature babies. She came three and a half months early. When she passed she was eight days old. Aryanna you will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts. We LOVE you very much.
