He was born Oct. 15, 1914, in

earning several honors including the Silver Star.
On June 4, 1946, he married Mary Francis Tully.
In 1950, he graduated from
Mr. Fehlberg was a
scoutmaster, representative to the Wyoming Industrial Institute, supporter of
Worland athletics and athletes,
He and his wife served two two-year leadership
training missions for the church in Hazard,
Survivors include his wife; four sons, Wayne of Citrus
Heights, Calif., Rondo of Houston, Texas, Reed of Huntington, Utah and
Paul of Manti, Utah; one daughter, Geneva Norton of Seattle; one brother,
Arnold of Shelby, Mont.; two sisters, Marie Clark of Sweetgrass,
Mont. and Anita Tunbridge of Draper, Utah and 29
grandchildren.
The service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday in the
Manti 1st Ward LDS Chapel, with viewing one hour prior to the service. A
memorial service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday in the
