Stella Allred, 90, of Ten Sleep, died November 27, 2004 at the

married a local boy, Golden Myron Allred. The couple had four children,
Howard Stanley, Myrona Lee, Willard
Burton and Lonnie Rae.
Golden and Clara ranched
both on Otter Creek and
Clara became active in
the Ten Sleep Senior Citizens Center and served two terms as president,
remaining active until roving to the Pioneer Home in Thermopolis in September
2003. Clara and Golden where known for their gardens. Clara was
also known for her quilting skills. At the time of her death, she was working in a quilt for her great-granddaughter.
Clara was preceded in
death by her parents; husband Golden M. Allred on May 24, 1988; son, H. Stanley
Allred; four brothers; three sisters and one great-grandson.
She is survived by one
daughter, Myrona Apland of Thermopolis; two sons, Willard Allred of Ten
Sleep and Lonnie Allred of Riverton; daughter-in-law, Dawn Allred of Ten Sleep;
11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be
held Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2 p.m. at the Ten Sleep Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter-day Saints. Bishop Terril Mills will
officiate. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior
to services at the church. Internment will follow at the Ten Sleep Cemetery.
